PG County police report: On January 28, 2013, around 12:55 pm, police officers responded to the 8500 block of Rainswood Drive in Landover, Maryland, for a shooting. Upon arrival, police officers found a man, identified as Keith Massaton Watson, 48, inside an industrial building, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
I found this memorial to a provider and father, in a quiet commercial complex, to be particularly poignant. The deeply moving note from his partner, and the handwritten " I love you Daddy" on the teddy bear - beyond words.
May his family find peace and strength.
