RIP Goonz | 1300 block Stevens Road SE, DC

I spotted this graffiti tag "RIP Goonz" in the 1300 block of Stevens Road SE, Washington DC. I was looking for a possible memorial to Levern Butler, who was slain in this block a week before my search.

I was unable to determine who Goonz was. There have been numerous people slain in this block of the Barry Farms neighborhood in the past several years.

Thanks to my friend, reporter John Muller, for his help and interest.
