R’artagnon White- last site; 5100 block of 7th Street NE
From a report in the Washington Times: R’artagnon White, 38, was found fatally shot inside a home in the 5100 block of 7th Street Northeast, Washington DC on Thursday afternoon, September 13, 2012. He had been shot in the back of the head, Metropolitan Police Department officials said.
He apparently was still alive when authorities arrived.

My brother’s killer was never found. I still to this day want to know what caused his demise and I’ve had an idea all of these years. Please help me solve my brother’s murder!! Please!!
